Important Information
NOTE: Ungrip is compatible with smartphones/cases with flat & non-textured backs. It may not stick to some waterproofed surfaces. It will NOT stick to Apple’s soft-touch silicone cases and iPhone X.
Shipping Information
US shipments take 2-4 days.
For the USA, if you ordered the Black Strap option, then your order will be shipping from Hong Kong and will take around 10 days.
Canada shipments take 10-14 days.
Hong Kong shipments take 2-4 days.
International shipments are coming from Hong Kong and will take 10-21 days.
And depending where you are, some shipments might take up to 30 days.
